During our recent history, we have made a considerable effort in time, energy and finance in pursuit of certain initiatives.

| March 2006 Team Building programe for Ceylon Electricity Board |
We conducted Wild Drift program for Ceylon Electricity Board Samanala Wewa Team in Kinchigune, Belihuloya. 20 employees from the government company participated in our whole day program focused on team building and learning activities including rafting in the Samanala Wewa reservoir. |

Wild Drift sponsored an initiative of Colombo JCI in recognizing the artistic talents of school children Colombo. The project involved students from 6 schools in painting the walls of Health Ministry Sports grounds on the theme of Sports for healthier life.

Wild Drift facilitated a team building program at Ambalama, Hanwellafor the members of the Colombo New Millennium Lions Club as part of their annual planning process. |

| July 2004 - Collecting Plastic waste in Sigirya. |
|
During the Deutshe Bank's Global Market Outreach with Wild Drift in Sigiriya, all participants and the Wild Drift team removed the two pickup loads of plastic waste that was lying in the jungles patch east to the Sigiriya rock. This plastic waste has been gushed down with the rain water from the rock was lying around in this jungle patch where the participants were engaging in an orienteering team task. It was like ‘killing two birds with one rock'. |

A one day workshop on leadership was conducted for Mahanama College prefects at the Sri Lankan Airlines human resources development centre.

| June 2004 – Renovation of a school building by Mearsk Pakistan. |
|
The management team of Mearsk Pakistan engaged in a Leadership Journey facilitated by Wild Drift team. As part of their tour they provided funds for renovation of a school building in Ratnapura and engaged in the painting themselves. |

|
Wild Drift facilitated a leadership training program for JCI Sri Lanka members at their Mid Year Conference, at Browns Beach Hotel. |

| Mar 2004 – Leadership Development for Graduate trainees of University of Ruhuna |

We conducted one day leadership development training program for the graduate trainees of the University of Ruhuna as part of an initiative of Sri Lankan Airlines.

| Sept 2003 – Team Building for Mahanama College Teachers Day. |
|
Supported by – Old Boys Union of Mahanama College.
The teachers were given a taste of “adult education” methodology when they took part in a team building program which was aimed at aligning the purposes of the teachers, school and the OBU.

Aug 2003 - Leadership Development for Royal College Prefects - Supported by Group of 87 of Royal College. |

All the prefects of Royal College were given an opportunity to undergo a two day residential leadership development program in Belihuloya. |
|
